Almost a month ago I had my first experience on a sup (certainly not a pioneer…). To be totally honest before that day I was a bit sceptical on how the sup could squeeze between windsurfing, father duties, daily work etc, but it turned out to be another sup-er  cool thing that involved a “board”.   Not to mention that the next two days my body felt like it had undergo a huge workout plan.

This Sunday (01/07/2012) a Naish SUP Hellenic Cup 2012 is held in Loutsa near Athens which will be the first contest in a series of four . The ones advancing will have the chance to participate at the Isthmus speed crossing at the end of October

and at the prestigious Paris SUP crosssing.

Conditions given (forecast calls for strong north winds) the event may end up being a spectacular downwinder!
