Everybody has seen Gollito’s new move at Fuerte’s PWA event. He actually called it “Pasko” honouring this way his friend Andre Paskowski.

But some days later the video from Aruba Hi-Winds 2012 came up where Kiri performs this new move as well.

And finally two days ago Youp Schmit uploaded his video from Fuerte which also shows him performing the “Pasko”

Searching the “father” of this move we couldn’t resist asking Joup to give us some info…

Honestly I’ve actually never seen anybody do this move before I did it (I thought I was really the first).. The first time that I did it was in Lac Cai outside of the bay of Sorobon (Bonaire). I was sailing at this spot on my own a lot to get used to more wavy conditions. I think the one that saw this move first was my dad. The first time that I saw anybody else do it was Kiri in the Aruba Hi-winds movie, I had also never seen the video of Marcilio Browne which I found kind of weird because I always check these kind of things daily! haha

Whatever the name or the “father” of this move is, we have to admit that is probably the most stylish -non ducking- combo freestyle move to come. And Youp Schmit is one of those who’ll soon be on the podium spraying champagne…
